ABOUT THIS PROJECT
Red & blue.
Beside the Blue Room is LAB111’s Red Room: a compact space for meetings and new ideas. Its red interior references The Matrix. Wouter Hendriksen and Studio Koen Steger combined bespoke furniture and lighting with felt wall panels and a mirrored ceiling. The light wall is its focal point: calm during a meeting, changing when the room is empty. The table pairs restored Bruno Rey legs with a new oak top finished in furniture linoleum.
